You Should Consider Online Training if:
You have previous basic gym experience.
Have a basic understanding of physical literacy.
Are able to visualize or respond well to cues given before/after a lift.
Need accountability for your fitness goals.
Are living in a remote area or travel frequently.
Like the independence but need a guide/coach to ensure efficiency and to create confidence.
You would like to reduce stress and not worry about writing your own programs.
Are wanting a mix of in-person sessions but would like to develop a routine.
Are looking for cost-effective alternatives.
You Should NOT Consider Online Training if:
It is your first time in a gym or lifting weights.
You have no/very limited access to the internet.
Are uncomfortable in a gym setting without another person physically present.
Have difficulty communicating long-distance & staying in-touch.
